Generative AI Additional Terms of Use for RGBKit

RGBKit provides a variety of generative AI tools (the “RGBKit AI Platform”). These terms, along with RGBKit’s general Terms of Use, apply to your usage of the RGBKit AI Platform. We encourage you to use the platform responsibly and in line with RGBKit’s Community Guidelines.

Ownership of Input and Output

You retain responsibility for any text or content you input into the RGBKit AI Platform (“Input”) and must ensure you have all necessary rights to use this Input. Additionally, you are accountable for any content generated (“Output”), including any modifications, saving, sharing (publicly or privately), or otherwise making the Output accessible.

Ownership of both Input and Output remains with you to the extent permitted by law. However, the Input or Output must not violate any laws, RGBKit’s policies, or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights. Output should not be used in any manner that could produce harmful or unlawful content.

Usage of Output

You may use the Output for any lawful purpose, but all responsibility for this use lies with you. RGBKit provides no guarantees regarding copyright ownership claims for Output or that the Output will not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

License to RGBKit

By using the RGBKit AI Platform, you grant RGBKit a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to:

• store, use, modify, reproduce, sublicense, and distribute the Input for platform functionality and improvement, including improvements by third-party AI providers involved in the RGBKit AI Platform; and
• host, reproduce, create derivative works of, display, sublicense, distribute, and modify the Output in any existing or future media.

If you use our AI Image Generator or other tools, your Input and Output may be publicly viewable and remixable by default.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The RGBKit AI Platform relies on various third-party AI models to generate Output, and both the platform and the Output are provided “as is,” without warranty. RGBKit does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or suitability of Output for specific purposes. Use of the Output is at your own risk, and RGBKit holds no liability related to or arising from your use of the RGBKit AI Platform or Output.

Due to the evolving nature of AI, Output from the RGBKit AI Platform may vary and may occasionally produce offensive, harmful, or inaccurate content. By using the platform, you accept this risk and agree not to save, share, or distribute content that violates RGBKit’s Community Guidelines. Inappropriate content can be reported to rgbkits@gmail.com.
